Lifferth Appraisal Company, LC is a real estate appraisal and consulting firm serving the northern Utah area since 1975. We specialize in residential property appraisals, single family detached residential, semi detached, townhouse, condominium, mobile home, and small income producing single family properties. We also have expertise in vacant land and subdivision appraisals. We have had experience with small income properties, condemnation and easement type appraisals. Rick R. Lifferth is a founding member of ABNet.

Rick was awarded the SRA designation from the Appraisal Institute in 1983. He has served as local chapter president and as a regional representative. He has served for 5 years on the RAB (Residential Appraiser Board) and on various other committees. The Appraisal Institute is the world’s leading organization of professional real estate appraisers. Members must comply with a strict code of ethics and continuing education requirements.

ERC (The Employee Relocation Council) is devoted to serving the needs of relocating employees and their employers. Rick Lifferth is a member of ERC and is listed in their directory. He has been doing ERC appraisals since 1976.

Rick is a Certified General Appraiser in the State of Utah. He was instrumental in helping pass Utah’s appraiser certification laws in the early 1990s and served on Utah’s first Appraiser Board for three years. During that tenure, he served as both Vice-Chair and Chairman.
