T.P. (Ted) Killian has been a full time appraisal professional in Utah since 1976. He has a background in mortgage lending and real estate development and construction, as well as appraisal services. Ted provides experience in all aspects of residential appraising, including single family homes (both FHA and Conventional), relocation (ERC) appraisals, new construction and residential development appraisals.
