J. Joseph Anderson, SRA, GOHS Appraisal Consultant firm was founded in 1972 and specializes
in all types of residential appraisals. Joseph Anderson is graduate of Utah State University and has a background
in Banking and Mortgage lending. Since 1978 he has been involved full time in the appraisal profession and holds the
SRA designation offered by the Appraisal Institute. The firm does appraisals in the metro Ogden area as well as Box Elder
County, Weber County, Davis County, and Morgan County. Appraisals are normally delivered within 2 to 3 days. Joseph
Anderson has been an approved VA appraiser for many years.
